Me and my daughter came from Miami and we had great time here !!! Tea and scones are the best !!! Delicious and such as sandwiches . The service and vibes are amazing!!! We love it and will come back when we come back to visit nyc again !

This place was amazing! I came in right as opening time, and it was pretty quiet. Love the music and the decor. My mom and I got The Madhatter set, which is made for 2 people. We got 2 tea pots, 3 scones, two sandwiches, a dessert, and a few cookies. The scones are delicious — especially the buttermilk and the pumpkin ones. The almond tea and the white champagne raspberry tea were delightful. Both are better with sugar. The honey takes away from the flavors a bit. Highly recommend coming here for a delicious, filling, and quiet tea time :)

It was a sunny and breeze Spring Friday. After had a sushi lunch with my sister near Union Square, we decided to go to Alice's Tea Cup for our dessert. After the hustling and bustling of Union Square, Alice's Tea Cup is a much relax and calm atmosphere for us. We ordered 2 pots of tea (Rose Sencha and Magic Potion) and 3 scones (Double chocolate, Banana vegan, and ham & cheese). Rose Sencha is a Japanese green tea with a hint of rose and we did smell the rose aroma. Magic potion is a lavender aroma tea. Both tea are ideal for a relax Spring afternoon. Ham and cheese is my # 1 scone. We asked for a chocolate scone but they only have the double chocolate scones on that day. We decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed. It tasted like a soft buttery scone with brownie within the scone. The vegan banana scone was moist & soft inside and crunch outside. It was a perfect way to end our NYC visit. It was not the first time we visited Alice's Tea Cup, but every time is like the first time. Each time we got to try different teas and surprise scone flavors. Took my little gal here for a mommy and me date! Love this Gem! Staff are always so pleasant, the art work is so fun and the food/ tea are always delicious! Even the bathroom has pretty dope artwork! I recommend making reservations. Both times we went, we didn’t have any and it took about 20 mins to sit which isn’t terrible since they are always so packed. If you’re going with more than one person or have small kids, definitely make reservations. Worth the wait! We had the MadHatter $92 Two 3-cup pots of tea Choice of three scones with cream & preserves Choice of two sandwiches (grilled sandwiches not included) Mocha cake or chocolate mousse, and assorted mini cookies I had the chai and they were able to make one tea pot, apple juice per my daughter’s request! Great place for tea parties!

What a wonderful way to share mother daughter time. We were two moms and daughters. One group ordered the mad hatter and two others ordered afternoon tea. There is a $15 per person on Saturday and Sunday 10-3p but that is very easy to do. Lots of ladies groups and plenty of little girls dressed in fairy clothing. Delicious scones though I wish they served a little more clotted cream with them especially when you are ordering two. Loved the black fruit tea and enjoyed the whole experience. Han and cheese scone was for my savory side and the berry scone for my sweet side.
